The aviation accident attorneys of Clifford Law Offices were lead counsel in the Roselawn, Indiana plane crash case, representing 16 families. This case was settled for $110 million. These same aviation lawyers represented a number of families in the crash of a Comair jet in Lexington, Kentucky, that attempted takeoff from the wrong runway, which was settled confidentially.
Currently, our aviation attorneys represent a number of families in the Buffalo, NY plane crash of a Bombardier airplane and 17 families in the crash of a Turkish airliner. This case is to be heard in Chicago, as affirmed by the Illinois Appellate Court in January, 2012.
In the aftermath of an airplane accident, the families involved and the flying public deserve to know what happened. They deserve answers.
