British Airways’ Airplane Evacuation Course

 

The Wall Street Journal is reporting on a different kind of safety course offered by British Airways.  The course, offered to sixteen people who are frequent flyers of the airline, is designed to familiarize flyers with the process of airplane evacuation in the event of an emergency.  The participants reportedly picked up tips and gained hands-on experience exiting via inflatable evacuation slides and opening heavy airplane doors.
