*Alaska Air Flight 261 that crashed into the Pacific Ocean in 2000. Clifford Law Offices represented seven families who lost loved ones and obtained more than $40 million. As a member of the Administrative Management Committee and the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee, Kevin Durkin deposed more than 80 people over three years to determine the cause of the crash – the airplane’s jackscrew system.
