Bob Clifford Named to Aviation Board
Press Release, 03/03/2009Robert A. Clifford, senior partner at Clifford Law Offices, was named to be on the Board of Directors of the Law Enforcement Aviation Coalition (LEAC) in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
He joins the Board as its 18th Director, joining others including county sheriffs, chiefs of police, fire chiefs and professionals from the aviation and business sectors.
LEAC is a not-for-profit charitable group comprised of cooperating fire/rescue and law enforcement agencies that provide no-cost, 24-hour helicopter support to law enforcement and fire/rescue agencies. Specially trained pilots and tactical flight officers volunteer their time to operate specially equipped helicopters with life-saving rescues, lost persons, natural disaster missions and homeland security missions.
The air support group whose mission is to increase safety for the public and first responders is provided out of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois.
