Clifford and Durkin Appointed as Faculty Members of Litigation Institute
Press Release, 05/22/2007Robert A. Clifford and Kevin P. Durkin were appointed as a faculty members of the DePaul University School of Law Litigation Institute for Trial Training (LITT) in conjunction with the American Bar Association Section of Litigation.
The two-day program, July 12-13, takes a hypothetical case through all aspects of a trial, including themes strategies, jury consultants and a lecture on the Art of Persuasion. The LITT is the first program at DePaul that gathers trial attorneys from around the country to discuss litigation and present a mock trial.
Clifford was the Chair of the Section of Litigation, the largest in the ABA with some 70,000 attorneys, in 2001-02. Durkin also was on the Task Force that assembled the speakers and determined the topics to be discussed.
