Clifford Law Offices Retained By Family in Comair Kentucky Plane Crash

Clifford of Clifford Law Offices of Chicago, today Wed., Aug. 30, was retained on behalf of the family of a passenger who was killed in the Comair commuter jet that crashed seconds after taking off on the wrong runway in Kentucky.
Clifford Law Offices is investigating various avenues of legal action. Early reports indicate that the pilots took off on the wrong runway which was too short for that aircraft. Forty nine of the 50 people aboard died in the fiery crash Sunday morning.
"This tragedy never should have happened," Clifford said. "It is necessary for this family and all victims to be a part of the investigatory process to get to the bottom of what occurred here. We have retained experts who will be aiding us in getting answers for our clients and in seeking justice for these innocent victims."
Clifford has been involved in nearly every major aircraft accident in this country in the past 30 years. Recently, he was named the American liaison counsel in the Greek crash of a Cypriot airliner that killed 121 people near Athens, Greece.
