Clifford Law Offices Undertakes Investigation into Palwaukee Crash on Behalf of Passenger's Family
Press Release, 03/24/2006Clifford Law Offices has been retained by the family of a passenger killed in a plane crash at Palwaukee Airport in Wheeling. The twin-engine Cessna exploded upon impact on Jan. 30, 2006. Four people died in the crash.
The family of Scott Garland, 40, of Chicago,
a financial adviser, retained Clifford Law Offices to seek answers in
his untimely death. Garland left his wife and two small children.

from a surveillance camera set up in a nearby industrial area of the
crash site captured the final moments of the plane and the eruption
into a fireball. The Cessna 421B aircraft was returning from a one-day
trip from Olathe, Kansas. It was reported initially that
communications between the pilot and the tower at the suburban airport
seemed normal just before the plane went down.
