Kevin Durkin Authors Significant Chapter in ABA Book
Press Release, 07/31/2008Kevin P. Durkin, partner at Clifford Law Offices, and Colin Dunn, associate, authored the chapter on Use of Expert Witnesses in Aviation Cases, in a new book entitled, “Litigating the Aviation Case from Pretrial to Closing Argument.”
The American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section published it now in the Third Edition. The book is available through the ABA’s website.
Durkin has worked on virtually every major commercial airline crash in the United States, having served as lead counsel or on steering committees, as well as many small plane crashes throughout the United States. He served as Chair of the ABA’s Aviation Committee for six years.
