Kevin Durkin Speaks at Prestigious National Aviation Conference

Held in New York City June 3, Durkin, who has handled numerous commercial and general aviation crash cases around the world, spoke to the group about “Fight Over Forum” – the battle over jurisdiction and venue that is endemic to aviation crash cases.
Aviation litigators from around the country spoke on various topics at the day-long program that offered lawyers 7.3 hours of continuing legal education credit.
