Kevin Durkin to Speak at Transportation Seminar
Web Release, 01/21/2009Kevin P. Durkin, partner at Clifford Law Offices, will speak on Planes at a Transportation Torts seminar entitled, “Planes, Trains and Automobiles” on Monday, Feb. 16, a court holiday for Presidents’ Day.
Durkin will be speaking about “Planes.” He has more than two decades of aviation law experience, have taken hundreds of depositions in preparation for trials of commercial jet crashes in this country as well as small plane and helicopter crashes.
The all-day seminar is sponsored by the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA). It will be held at the Westin Michigan Avenue Hotel, 909 N. Michigan Av., Chicago.
The program offers five hours of continuing legal education credit for lawyers.
