Two Partners to Participate in Aviation Litigation Conference
Web Release, 04/02/2011Timothy Tomasik and Michael Krzak, partners at Clifford Law Offices, have been invited to participate in the 2011 American Bar Association (ABA) Aeronautics Committee Aviation Litigation Conference in New York City June 2. The New York City Bar Association is a co-sponsor of the program.
Tomasik, who has been working for years on the property damage claims involving the destruction of the World Trade Center towers on Sept. 11, 2001, has been a frequent speaker on aviation topics across the country. He will be speaking on “Expert Depositions: Practical Considerations in Aviation Litigation.” Krzak, who has distinguished himself in working on several commercial aviation crashes in recent years including those that occurred in Lexington, Kentucky, Buffalo, New York, and at Amsterdam’s Schipol Airport will be speaking on “Electronic Discovery: Tips from the Bar and Bench.”
Kenneth Feinberg, of Feinberg Rozen and Special Master of the U.S. government’s 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund, is the luncheon speaker.
The day-long program will be held at the New York City Bar Association, 42 W. 44th St., New York. Aviation attorneys and experts from around the country gather for this prestigious informative annual program which deals with significant recent legal developments in aviation and mass disaster litigation.
