The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) recently released a report on a 2010 medical helicopter crash near Kingfisher, Oklahoma, that states the pilot was pretending to hunt coyotes when the aircraft struck a tree, The Associated Press (AP) reported. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) reported the pilot of a medical helicopter had been texting on his phone before crashing in a Missouri field in August 2011, The Associated Press reported.
